Amritwele da Hukamnama Sri Darbar Sahib, Sri Amritsar, Ang 648, 06-Jan-2018 www.facebook.com/HukamnamaSriDarbarSahibSriAmritsar ਸਲੋਕੁ ਮ: ੩ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਵਹੁ ਘੁਥਿਆ ਹਲਤੁ ਪਲਤੁ ਸਭੁ ਜਾਇ ॥ ਜਪੁ ਤਪੁ ਸੰਜਮੁ ਸਭੁ ਹਿਰਿ ਲਇਆ ਮੁਠੀ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ॥ ਜਮ ਦਰਿ ਬਧੇ ਮਾਰੀਅਹਿ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਮਿਲੈ ਸਜਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਮ: ੩ ॥ ਸੰਤਾ ਨਾਲਿ ਵੈਰੁ ਕਮਾਵਦੇ ਦੁਸਟਾ ਨਾਲਿ ਮੋਹੁ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥ ਅਗੈ ਪਿਛੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਨਹੀ ਮਰਿ ਜੰਮਹਿ ਵਾਰੋ ਵਾਰ ॥ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਬੁਝਈ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਹੋਇ ਖੁਆਰੁ ॥ ਮੁਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਤਿਨਾ ਨਿੰਦਕਾ ਤਿਤੁ ਸਚੈ ਦਰਬਾਰਿ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਹੂਣਿਆ ਨਾ ਉਰਵਾਰਿ ਨ ਪਾਰਿ ॥੨॥ सलोकु मः ३ ॥ नानक नावहु घुथिआ हलतु पलतु सभु जाइ ॥ जपु तपु संजमु सभु हिरि लइआ मुठी दूजै भाइ ॥ जम दरि बधे मारीअहि बहुती मिलै सजाइ ॥१॥ मः ३ ॥ संता नालि वैरु कमावदे दुसटा नालि मोहु पिआरु ॥ अगै पिछै सुखु नही मरि जमहि वारो वार ॥ त्रिसना कदे न बुझई दुबिधा होइ खुआरु ॥ मुह काले तिना निंदका तितु सचै दरबारि ॥ नानक नाम विहूणिआ ना उरवारि न पारि ॥२॥ Shalok, Third Mehl: O Nanak, forsaking the Name, he loses everything, in this world and the next. Chanting, deep meditation and austere self-disciplined practices are all wasted; he is deceived by the love of duality. He is bound and gagged at the door of the Messenger of Death. He is beaten, and receives terrible punishment. ||1|| Third Mehl: They inflict their hatred upon the Saints, and they love the wicked sinners. They find no peace in either this world or the next; they are born only to die, again and again. Their hunger is never satisfied, and they are ruined by duality. The faces of these slanderers are blackened in the Court of the True Lord. O Nanak, without the Naam, they find no shelter on either this shore, or the one beyond. ||2|| ਹਿਰਿ ਲਇਆ = ਚੁਰਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।੧। ਉਰਵਾਰਿ = ਉਰਲੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ।੨। ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਖੁੰਝਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਲੋਕ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਸਭ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ; ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਪ ਤਪ ਤੇ ਸੰਜਮ ਸਭ ਖੁੱਸ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਤਿ) ਠੱਗੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ; ਜਮ ਦੁਆਰ ਤੇ ਬੱਧੇ ਮਾਰੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਬੜੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ।੧। ਨਿੰਦਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਦੁਰਜਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੋਹ ਪਿਆਰ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ; ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਸੁਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ, ਘੜੀ ਮੁੜੀ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਵਿਚ ਖ਼ੁਆਰ ਹੋ ਹੋ ਕੇ, ਜੰਮਦੇ ਮਰਦੇ ਹਨ; ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਹਿੰਦੀ; ਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਿੰਦਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਹ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਤੇ ਨਾਹ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ (ਢੋਈ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ)।੨। हे नानक! नाम से दूर हो चुके मनुख का लोक परलोक सब व्यर्थ जाता है, उनका जप ताप संजम सब नास हो जाता है, और माया के मोह में (उनकी मति) ठगी जाती है, जम द्वार पर बांध मारते हैं और (उनको)बहुत सजा मिलती है।१। निंदक मनुख संत जानो से वैर करते हैं और दुर्जनों से मोह प्रेम रखते हैं; उनको लोक परलोक में कहीं भी सुख नहीं मिलता, बार बार दुबिधा में खुआर (परेशान) हो हो करके, जन्म लेते हैं और मरते हैं; उनकी तृष्णा कभी कम नहीं होती; हरी के सच्चे दरबार में उन निंदा करने वालो के मुँह काले होते हैं। हे नानक! नाम से दूर रहने वालो को न ही इस लोक में और न ही परलोक में (सहारा) मिलता हैं।२। www.facebook.com/GurbaniThoughtOfTheDay ( Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fathe ) ਗੱਜ-ਵੱਜ ਕੇ ਫਤਹਿ ਬੁਲਾਓ ਜੀ ! ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ !! ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹਿ !!

SHABAD BAANI & MEANING 🌹Aakhaan Jeevaan Visre Mar Jaao🌹 _SGGS Ang 9 (repeated on Ang 349)_ ਆਸਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੧ ॥ आसा महला १ ॥ Āsā mėhlā 1. Aasaa, First Mehl: _Baani of the first Guru Maharaj Guru Nanak Dev Ji_ ਆਖਾ ਜੀਵਾ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਮਰਿ ਜਾਉ ॥ आखा जीवा विसरै मरि जाउ ॥ Ākẖā jīvā visrai mar jāo. Chanting it, I live; forgetting it, I die. ਆਖਣਿ ਅਉਖਾ ਸਾਚਾ ਨਾਉ ॥ आखणि अउखा साचा नाउ ॥ Ākẖaṇ aukẖā sācẖā nāo. It is so difficult to chant the True Name. ਸਾਚੇ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਲਾਗੈ ਭੂਖ ॥ साचे नाम की लागै भूख ॥ Sācẖe nām kī lāgai bẖūkẖ. If someone feels hunger for the True Name, ਉਤੁ ਭੂਖੈ ਖਾਇ ਚਲੀਅਹਿ ਦੂਖ ॥੧॥ उतु भूखै - खाइ चलीअहि दूख ॥१॥ Uṯ bẖūkẖai kẖāe cẖalīahi ḏūkẖ. ||1|| that hunger shall consume his pain. ||1|| ਸੋ ਕਿਉ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਇ ॥ सो किउ विसरै मेरी माइ ॥ So kio visrai merī māe. How can I forget Him, O my mother? ਸਾਚਾ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਸਾਚੈ ਨਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ साचा साहिबु साचै नाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Sācẖā sāhib sācẖai nāe. ||1|| rahāo. True is the Master, True is His Name. ||1||Pause|| ਸਾਚੇ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਤਿਲੁ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥ साचे नाम की तिलु वडिआई ॥ Sācẖe nām kī ṯil vadiāī. Trying to describe even an iota of the Greatness of the True Name, ਆਖਿ ਥਕੇ ਕੀਮਤਿ ਨਹੀ ਪਾਈ ॥ आखि थके कीमति नही पाई ॥ Ākẖ thake kīmaṯ nahī pāī. people have grown weary, but they have not been able to evaluate it. ਜੇ ਸਭਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਕੈ ਆਖਣ ਪਾਹਿ ॥ जे सभि मिलि कै आखण पाहि ॥ Je sabẖ mil kai ākẖaṇ pāhi. Even if everyone were to gather together and speak of Him, ਵਡਾ ਨ ਹੋਵੈ ਘਾਟਿ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥੨॥ वडा न होवै घाटि न जाइ ॥२॥ vadā na hovai gẖāt na jāe. ||2|| He would not become any greater or any lesser. ||2|| ਨਾ ਓਹੁ ਮਰੈ ਨ ਹੋਵੈ ਸੋਗੁ ॥ ना ओहु मरै न होवै सोगु ॥ Nā oh marai na hovai sog. That Lord does not die; there is no reason to mourn. ਦੇਦਾ ਰਹੈ ਨ ਚੂਕੈ ਭੋਗੁ ॥ देदा रहै न चूकै भोगु ॥ Ḏeḏā rahai na cẖūkai bẖog. He continues to give, and His Provisions never run short. ਗੁਣੁ ਏਹੋ ਹੋਰੁ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਇ ॥ गुणु एहो होरु नाही कोइ ॥ Guṇ eho hor nāhī koe. This Virtue is His alone; there is no other like Him. ਨਾ ਕੋ ਹੋਆ ਨਾ ਕੋ ਹੋਇ ॥੩॥ ना को होआ ना को होइ ॥३॥ Nā ko hoā nā ko hoe. ||3|| There never has been, and there never will be. ||3|| ਜੇਵਡੁ ਆਪਿ ਤੇਵਡ ਤੇਰੀ ਦਾਤਿ ॥ जेवडु आपि तेवड तेरी दाति ॥ Jevad āp ṯevad ṯerī ḏāṯ. As Great as You Yourself are, O Lord, so Great are Your Gifts. ਜਿਨਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਕਰਿ ਕੈ ਕੀਤੀ ਰਾਤਿ ॥ जिनि दिनु करि कै कीती राति ॥ Jin ḏin kar kai kīṯī rāṯ. The One who created the day also created the night. ਖਸਮੁ ਵਿਸਾਰਹਿ ਤੇ ਕਮਜਾਤਿ ॥ खसमु विसारहि ते कमजाति ॥ Kẖasam visārėh ṯe kamjāṯ. Those who forget their Lord and Master are vile and despicable. ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਵੈ ਬਾਝੁ ਸਨਾਤਿ ॥੪॥੩॥ नानक नावै बाझु सनाति ॥४॥३॥ Nānak nāvai bājẖ sanāṯ. ||4||3|| O Nanak, without the Name, they are wretched outcasts. ||4||3|| 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
